SGBC supports the gospel centered missionary work of Tom Mongomery in Mexico City.
Thomas Montgomery and his wife, Lissa, moved to Mexico City more than 30 years ago to preach the Gospel and to start churches in that massive city dominated by false religion. Over those years, he has started 4 churches, where he appointed elders who continue today. They now operate a ministry which includes Bible Training Institutes located in different parts of Mexico and Central American to train indigenous pastors in theology and doctrine. They have translated and published nearly 100 of the best Puritan works into Spanish. They have also translated and recorded hundreds of Spurgeon sermons that can be heard on their website at graciasalvadora.org

SGBC supports the missionary work of Dr. Samuel Rai in Nepal by sending Dr. Downing’s books.
Dr. Samuel Sangram Rai is the son and grandson of Gurkha fighters. A Maoist revolutionary fighter from the age of 14, seeking to overthrow the royal family of Nepal, he was introduced to the Savior as a young man by a poor Christian couple while recovering from wounds received in combat. Subsequently called to the gospel ministry and trained by Dr. Peter Masters at the Metropolitan Tabernacle in London, his pioneering evangelistic and church planting efforts among the Nepali people in and around Nepal have resulted in him founding 350+ Baptist churches, with approximately a thousand Baptist churches founded by the churches he planted. His commitment to the Great Commission to make disciples is central to his efforts to reach the lost, with more than 1,775 congregations involved in his discipleship network on four continents and several island nations. firstloveministries.org/mission-trip-to-nepal-december-2023/
